FAQs

These are our answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about the podcast.

What is your profession and academic background?

I am a media professional and researcher with a background in English Literature and Media Studies. My work focuses on gender, representation, digital platforms, and social justice, particularly within South Asian contexts.

What services do you provide?

I offer podcasting, digital storytelling, workshop and online sessions on mental health, social media, and public speaking engagements. I also collaborate on research-driven media projects and public campaigns.

What advice do you have for aspiring female creators?

Three things I always return to:

  1. Work on ideas that genuinely disturb or move you, not trends.

  2. Build consistency before perfection. Sustainability matters more than virality.

  3. Keep writing, journaling, or taking down notes. Platforms change, but your voice deserves permanence.

Do you have guests on Dear Body?

No, it is a solo educational podcast, but I am open to the possibility of having guests in the future.

What is your favourite episode?

That’s a difficult question, but below I have shared two episodes that best represent the heart of Dear Body.
